3 Tbsp. oil
1 large Vidalia onion, cut into thin slices
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
1 tsp. onion powder

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 350°F
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 10 to 15 min. or until caramelized, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Reserve for later use.
Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spread onto bottom of shallow 1-L casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 min. or until heated through, topping with onions for the last 5 min.
