1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), pounded to 1/2-inch thickness
1/2 cup Classico Riserva Marinara Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place wire rack on rimmed baking sheet; spray with cooking spray. Place flour in pie plate or shallow dish. Beat eggs in separate pie plate. Combine Parmesan and bread crumbs in third pie plate.
Dip chicken, 1 breast at a time, in flour, then eggs, then Parmesan mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient. Place on prepared rack. Lightly press crumb mixture into chicken breasts to secure.
Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165ºF). Top with pasta sauce and mozzarella; bake 5 min. or until sauce is heated through and mozzarella is melted. Sprinkle with parsley.
