8 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
1 pkt. Shake'N Bake Original Coating Mix
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
4 whole wheat hamburger buns, split
4 large lettuce leaves
4 slices tomato

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package. Place on nonstick or foil-covered baking sheet.
Step 2
Bake 20 min. or until cooked through. Set aside 4 of the chicken breast halves to cool and freeze for later use.
Step 3
Spread Miracle Whip on cut sides of buns. Fill with chicken, lettuce and tomato.
