CRUST:
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 1/3 cups Oreo Baking Crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
FILLING:
1 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/3 cup butter or margarine
3 eggs
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
vanilla ice cream

Crust:
Step 1
MELT butter. (microwave in 9 inch pie plate on HIGH power 40 to 60 seconds.) Stir in crumbs and sugar. Press into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375°F for 8 minutes (OR microwave on HIGH power 2 to 3 minutes, rotating dish once.) Cool before filling.
Filling:
Step 1
MELT chocolate and butter over hot water. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs, one at a time. Stir in corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Pour into crust. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
Step 2
SERVE warm or cooled to room temperature, topped with ice cream.
