4 tilapia fillets (1 lb./450 g)
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese
1/2 cup fresh cilantro
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain brown rice
1 lime, quartered

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Place fish in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with chili powder. Top with tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers; drizzle with dressing.
Step 3
Bake 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, topping with cheese for the last 5 min.
Step 4
Sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with rice and limes.
