Our Baked Salmon with Herb Crust is a great recipe choice for a busy weeknight. Topped with fragrant fresh herbs, garlic and panko bread crumbs, this quick-and-easy salmon dish can be ready to enjoy in about 30 minutes.

1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup panko bread crumbs

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet. Mix Miracle Whip, herbs and garlic until blended; spread onto fish. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake 17 to 19 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork. Remove from oven.
Heat broiler. Broil fish, 6 inches from heat, 1 to 2 min. or until lightly browned.
