1 skin-on salmon fillet (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
1/4 cup Kraft Sun-Dried Tomato & Oregano Dressing, divided
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley, divided
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Place fish, skin side down, on parchment-covered baking sheet; brush with 1 Tbsp. dressing. Combine remaining dressing with 1/4 cup parsley and crushed red pepper.
Bake 17 to 19 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork, brushing with dressing mixture after 12 min.
Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serve with lemon wedges.

How to Prepare on the Barbecue
