1 cup finely crushed cheddar cheese snack crackers
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. taco seasoning mix
2 eggs
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup fresh salsa

Step 1
Heat oven to 325ºF.
Step 2
Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides. Combine cracker crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of prepared pan. Bake 8 min.
Step 3
Meanwhile, beat cream cheese and taco seasoning mix in medium bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended. Stir in cheddar.
Step 4
Spread cream cheese mixture onto crust.
Step 5
Bake 20 to 23 min. or until centre is almost set. Cool completely.
Step 6
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 7
Use foil handles to remove taco 'dip' from pan; cut into 36 squares.
Step 8
Top each square with about 1/4 tsp. each sour cream and salsa before serving.

How to Prepare a Cracker Crust
For best results, use your food processor or blender to quickly and easily crush the crackers into fine crumbs. Then, use the back of a small dry measuring cup to firmly press the crumb mixture onto the bottom of the prepared pan.
