4 oz. (1/2 of 225-g pkg.) Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
3/4 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 cup white decorating icing
16 Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Add sugar; mix well. Blend in eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour; pour into prepared pan.
Step 4
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.) Cool completely.
Step 5
Use foil handles to remove brownie from pan; discard foil. Use 2-inch cookie cutter to cut brownie into 16 bunny shapes. Discard trimmings or reserve for another use. (See tip.)
Step 6
Frost brownies with White Chocolate-Coconut Frosting. Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm. Decorate with white icing for the bunnies' tails and chocolate chips for the eyes.

How to Cut Out the Brownies
Press cookie cutter firmly into cooled brownie, being careful to cut all the way through to bottom of brownie. Push bottom of each brownie cutout up through cookie cutter to remove brownie from cutter.

Store brownie trimmings in airtight container up to 2 days. Stir into prepared Jell-O Chocolate or Vanilla Instant Pudding for a sweet treat.
