1 pkg (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup each: ground almonds and icing sugar
1 tsp. Maxwell House Instant Coffee Original Roast
1/4 cup rum
3 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
chocolate sprinkles, toasted sliced almonds, chopped pecans, icing sugar or coconut

How do I make it ?

Step 1
BLEND cream cheese, almonds, icing sugar, coffee and rum; mix well.
Step 2
MELT chocolate in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 minutes; stir until melted. Add to cream cheese mixture and roll into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls. (Chill mixture if too soft to handle.)
Step 3
ROLL balls in sprinkles, almonds, pecans, icing sugar or coconut.

To grill almonds and other nuts, place on baking sheet at 300°F(150°C) for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and store in refrigerator.
