If you can use a microwave, you have all the know-how required to make this easy but impressive two-layer chocolate-almond fudge. Made with bittersweet chocolate and white chocolate, our BAKER'S Double Decker Fudge is delectably delicious!
What do I need ?
1 cup almond paste
1/2 cup butter, softened
2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate
1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted

How do I make it ?
BEAT almond paste with butter.
MELT 1 pkg. bittersweet chocolate; stir in half of the almond mixture. Spread in 8 inch (20 cm) foil-lined pan. Freeze 10 minutes.
MIX melted white chocolate into remaining mixture. Spread over first layer. Sprinkle with nuts.
MELT remaining bittersweet chocolate over hot water. Drizzle over nuts; spread evenly. Chill; cut into squares.
