1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces
125 g (1/2 of 250-g pkg.) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3 cups thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
1 cup coloured sprinkles

Step 1
Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; whisk until completely melted. Add cream cheese; stir until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended. Cool to room temperature. Stir in Cool Whip. Refrigerate 2 hours or until mixture is firm enough to handle.
Step 2
Scoop chocolate mixture into 1-inch balls with melon baller; place on parchment-covered baking sheets. Refrigerate 1 hour.
Step 3
Roll in sprinkles, working with a few truffles at a time. (Truffles do not need to be perfectly round and smooth--a slightly rough appearance is considered typical.)

Variation
For variety, coat truffles with one or more of the following: unsweetened cocoa powder, finely chopped pecans, toasted flaked coconut, grated Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate or icing sugar.

Note
Truffle mixture softens quickly, so when rolling, only remove about 1 dozen truffles from refrigerator at a time. If truffles soften too much to roll, return to refrigerator until firm.
