4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate
3/4 cup butter
11/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 cup each: all purpose flour and chopped nuts

How do I make it ?
HEAT chocolate and butter over low heat until butter melts. Stir until smooth. Stir in sugar.
MIX in eggs and milk until well blended. Stir in flour and nuts.
SPREAD in greased 9" (23 cm) square baking pan. Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40 minutes. Add Rocky Topping* and bake 10 minutes longer.
ROCKY Topping: Mix 2 cups (500 mL) miniature marshmallows, 1 cup (250 mL) each BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and chopped nuts.

CREAM CHEESE SWIRL Make Rocky Square batter. Spread 1/2 the dough in greased 9" (23 cm) square baking pan. Add "Cream Cheese Filling". Spread remaining dough over top. Swirl with knife. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C). Cool in Pan. Filling: Beat 1 pkg (250 g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese with 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar, 1 egg and 2 Tbsp (30 mL) flour on low speed of electric mixer until well blended.
