How do I make it ?
Heat 1 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add plums and shallots; cook 5 to 6 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Spoon into bowl; cover to keep warm.
Spray skillet with cooking spray. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (165°F). Remove chicken from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Add chicken broth, mustard, rosemary and remaining dressing to skillet; mix well. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Serve chicken topped with plum mixture and mustard sauce.
