Blend ingredients in blender on high speed until smooth.
Step 2
Pour into 6 (3-oz.) paper cups; cover with foil. Insert wooden pop stick into centre of each cup.
Step 3
Freeze 3 hours or until firm. Peel off paper cups just before serving.
