1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1-1/2 cups mashed fully ripe bananas (about 4)
1-1/2 cups 100% wheat bran high fibre cereal
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt in large bowl; set aside. Beat egg in medium bowl until blended; stir in remaining ingredients. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.)
Step 3
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour 5 min. or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool bread in pan 10 min. Remove to wire rack; cool completely.
