1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg. (350 g) Pirate Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies, finely crushed
1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas
2 pkg. (170 g each) Baker's White Chocolate
3 drops yellow food colouring
1/3 cup finely chopped pecans
2 oz. Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Mix cream cheese, cookie crumbs and bananas until well blended. Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls. Refrigerate 30 min.
Step 2
Melt white chocolate as directed on package. Stir in food colouring. Dip balls in chocolate; place on parchment- or waxed paper-covered baking sheet. Sprinkle with nuts.
Step 3
Melt semi-sweet chocolate; drizzle over balls. Refrigerate 1 hour or until firm.

How to Easily Dip Cookie Balls
To easily coat cookie balls with melted chocolate, add cookie balls, in batches, to bowl of melted chocolate. Then, use 2 forks to roll cookie balls in chocolate until evenly coated. Remove cookie balls with forks and allow excess chocolate to drip back into bowl before placing cookie balls on prepared baking sheet.
