1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix egg, bananas and Miracle Whip until blended. Combine all remaining ingredients except nuts in large bowl. Add banana mixture; stir just until dry ingredients are evenly moistened. (Batter will be lumpy.) Stir in nuts.
Step 3
Pour into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 4
Bake 55 min. to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes clean. Cool in pan 10 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
