2 cups flour
1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup ground flax seed
1 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas (about 3)
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1
Heat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Combine first 5 ingredients. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Gradually add flour mixture, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Stir in nuts.
Step 3
Spoon batter into 16 paper-lined muffin cups.
Step 4
Bake 22 to 24 min. or until toothpick inserted in centres comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove muffins from pans to wire racks; cool completely.

Prepare batter as directed; pour into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool 5 min. Remove from pan to wire rack; cool completely.
