Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min. Add eggs, sugar and vanilla; mix well.
Step 3
Dip bread, 1 slice at a time, into pudding mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each bread slice with milk mixture. Arrange in alternating rows with bananas in prepared dish, overlapping rows of bread as necessary to fit.
Step 4
Stir raisins into remaining pudding mixture; pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Step 5
Bake 35 to 40 min. or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool slightly.
