2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
4 bananas, divided
1/2 cup sour cream
4 eggs
2 Tbsp. maple syrup

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and baking powder. Beat cream cheese, butter and sugar in large bowl with mixer until light and fluffy.
Step 3
Mash enough of 1 banana to measure 1/3 cup. Add to cream cheese mixture along with the sour cream; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended.
Step 4
Pour into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Step 5
Cut remaining bananas lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thirds; place, cut sides up, in single layer over batter in pan. Brush bananas with syrup.
Step 6
Bake 50 to 55 min. or until toothpick inserted near centre comes out clean. Cool completely.
