1/2 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. chili powder, divided
1 tsp. ground black pepper, divided
1 tsp. cayenne pepper, divided
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1 green pepper, cut into chunks
1 onion, sliced
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup each green and yellow zucchini slices
1 can (14 fl oz/398 mL) pineapple chunks in juice, drained
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Step 1
Combine Miracle Whip, barbecue sauce, honey, 2 tsp. chili powder, and 1/2 tsp. each black pepper and cayenne pepper.
Step 2
Mix meat and remaining chili powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper just until blended; shape into 12 meatballs. Cook in large skillet on medium-high heat 10 min. or until evenly browned, turning after 5 min. Remove from skillet; drain.
Step 3
Add vegetables and pineapple to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. Stir in Miracle Whip mixture and meatballs; cover. Simmer 15 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in parsley.
