1 whole chicken (3 lb./1.4 kg), cut into 10 equal pieces
9 pineapple rings, 1/2-inch thick
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)

Step 1
Spray barbecue with cooking spray; heat to med-high heat. Place chicken and pineapple on barbecue. Grill pineapple for 3 to 4 min., turning half way. Remove pineapple from barbecue. Make sauce by combining remaining ingredients and one pineapple ring in blender.
Step 2
Grill chicken an additional 35 min. or until cooked through (165°F), turning half way. Brush with half of the barbecue sauce mixture half way through grilling. Brush pineapple slices with remaining sauce before serving.
