1 baguette (450 g), cut into 36 slices
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
5 plum tomatoes (1 lb./450 g), chopped
1 cup Cracker Barrel Crumbled Herb & Garlic Feta Cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped red onions
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
1 Tbsp. chopped black olives
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat broiler.
Step 2
Place bread slices in single layer on baking sheet. Broil 2 to 3 min. on each side or until lightly toasted on both sides. Brush evenly with 1 Tbsp. oil.
Step 3
Combine remaining oil with remaining ingredients; spoon onto toast slices just before serving.
