In the middle of winter, there's nothing like the summery flavour of this BBQ Beef Bowl to keep you warm. (P.S. It's delicious in the middle of summer, too.)

1 lb. (450 g) extra lean extra-lean ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
2-2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
125 g Velveeta Process Cheese Product, cut into 4 slices
4 green onions, sliced

How do I make it ?
Brown meat with peppers and yellow onions in large skillet on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Add tomatoes, corn and barbecue sauce; mix well. Simmer on medium heat 15 min., stirring occasionally.
Spoon rice evenly into 4 bowls; top with meat mixture and Velveeta. Sprinkle with green onions.

For spicier flavour, season with hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper to taste.
