1 onion, sliced, separated into rings
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
8 small whole wheat tortillas
1 tomato, chopped
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Tex Mex Cheese

Step 1
Cook and stir onions and peppers in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat 3 min. Add meat; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in barbecue sauce; cook 2 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Spoon onto tortillas; fold in half.
Step 3
Top with tomatoes and cheese.
