1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Chicken & Rib Renegade Barbecue Sauce

1 tsp. each ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, and corn starch
Mix barbecue sauce, ground coriander, cumin, garam masala, corn starch and chili powder until blended. Add to chicken in large bowl; toss to coat.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken mixture; cook 10 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Add 1 chopped red pepper to hot oil in skillet along with the yellow onions, ginger, garlic and cumin seed.
Make Ahead
Chicken can be tossed with barbecue sauce mixture ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking as directed.
