1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Chicken & Rib Renegade Barbecue Sauce
1 tsp. each ground coriander, ground cumin, garam masala, and corn starch
1/2 tsp. red chili powder or cayenne pepper
1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow cooking onions
1 Tbsp. finely grated gingerroot
2 cloves garlic, finely grated
1/2 tsp. cumin seed
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Mix barbecue sauce, ground coriander, cumin, garam masala, corn starch and chili powder until blended. Add to chicken in large bowl; toss to coat.
Step 2
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Add chicken mixture; cook 10 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Remove skillet from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients.
