1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef

How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 25 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.
