1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/4 tsp. each garlic powder and onion powder
2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
1/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
4 Kraft Extra Cheddar Process Cheese Product Slices
8 Texas toast white sandwich bread slices
1/3 cup Bull's-Eye Sweet & Sticky Barbecue Sauce

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Shape meat into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties. Combine dry seasonings; sprinkle over patties.
Step 3
Grill 4 to 5 min. on each side or until done (160°F). Meanwhile, toss coleslaw blend with dressing.
Step 4
Top burgers with process cheese product slices; grill 1 min. or until melted.
Step 5
Spread bread slices with barbecue sauce. Fill with burgers and coleslaw to make 4 sandwiches.

How to Prevent the Burgers from Sticking on Barbecue
To help prevent the burgers from sticking to the barbecue grate, lightly spray the surfaces of the burger patties with cooking spray just before placing on the barbecue.
How to Evenly Portion the Meat for the Burgers
Use a 1/2-cup dry measuring cup to make equally portioned meat patties. Firmly press enough of the meat into the measuring cup to fill just below the rim. Tap bottom of cup gently to remove the meat, then press into 1/2-inch thickness as directed in recipe.
