These pork tenderloins have got it all going on with tangy BBQ flavour and a burst of citrus. Pair them with Parmesan potatoes and fire up the barbecue.

1/2 cup Kraft Original BBQ Sauce
2 tsp. orange zest
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 pork tenderloins (1-1/2 lb./675 g)
2 lb. (900 g) red potatoes (about 6), cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/3 cup water
1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups small broccoli florets
3 Tbsp. Kraft 100% Parmesan Grated Cheese

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium heat.
Step 2
Mix barbecue sauce and orange zest until blended; set aside. Combine cumin and pepper; rub evenly onto meat.
Step 3
Place potatoes in 2-L microwaveable dish. Add water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 8 min; drain. Return potatoes to dish. Add dressing and garlic; mix lightly.
Step 4
Spoon potatoes onto large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray; fold to make packet.
Step 5
Grill potato packet and meat 15 min., turning after 8 min. Brush meat with half the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill meat and potatoes additional 8 to 10 min. or until potatoes are tender and meat is done (160ºF), turning meat after 5 min. and brushing with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
Step 6
Transfer meat to carving board; tent with foil. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, steam broccoli.
Step 7
Cut meat across the grain into thin slices. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Serve with meat and broccoli.

How to Turn the Packet
To easily turn the potato packet on the barbecue, slide a flat baking sheet underneath the packet, then use baking sheet to carefully flip the packet over.
