Cook rice as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, place broccoli in microwaveable bowl; cover with parchment. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or just until broccoli is softened. While broccoli is cooking, cut meat into thin slices. Stack slices, then cut into 1/2-inch-wide strips.
Heat dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add peppers and ginger; stir-fry 3 to 4 min. or until peppers are softened.
Add broccoli and meat; stir-fry 1 to 2 min. or until heated through. Remove from heat. Stir in barbecue sauce.
Serve over rice.
