How do I make it ?
Heat oven to 425°F.
Spray rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray. Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch-thick lengthwise wedges; place in large bowl. Add oil; mix lightly.
Spread onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake 45 min. or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning after 25 min.
Spoon potatoes into shallow ovenproof dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with the Electric Pressure Beef Stew, then cheese.
Bake 2 min. or until cheese is melted.
