4 tsp. oil, divided
1 lb. (450 g) beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1/2 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 lb. (225 g) cremini mushrooms, sliced
1/2 green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium beef broth
1/2 cup Philadelphia Herb & Garlic Cream Cheese Product
2 tsp. Heinz Dijon Mustard

Step 1
Heat 2 tsp. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Remove meat from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Step 2
Add remaining oil and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms and peppers; cook 5 min., stirring occasionally. Stir in broth; bring to boil.
Step 3
Add cream cheese product and mustard; cook and stir on medium heat 1 to 2 min. or until cream cheese is melted. Stir in meat; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through.
