1-1/2 lb. (675 g) extra-lean ground beef
2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
1-1/2 cups Classico Bruschetta di Napoli Tomato Basil
1-1/2 cups Cracker Barrel Shredded Light Double Cheddar Cheese, divided
1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese, divided
1 lb. (450 g) refrigerated pizza dough
2 tomatoes, sliced

Step 1
Heat oven to 450ºF.
Step 2
Brown meat with mushrooms and onions in large nonstick skillet; drain. Return meat mixture to skillet. Add bruschetta, 1/2 cup cheddar and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan; mix well. Cool slightly.
Step 3
Meanwhile, press pizza dough onto bottom and up side of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, stretching dough as necessary to fit. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of the remaining cheddar onto bottom of crust; top with meat mixture, tomatoes and remaining cheeses.
Step 4
Bake 25 to 30 min. or until edges of crust are deep golden brown. Let stand 10 min. before cutting to serve.
