Mix first 5 ingredients until blended; pour over steak in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of steak with tomato juice mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
Grill steak 8 to 10 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160ºF), turning and brushing with barbecue sauce for the last few minutes.
