DRAIN & reserve juice from 1 can (14oz/398mL) sliced peaches. Add water to juice to measure 1 cup (250mL); heat to boiling. Prepare 1 pkg (85g) JELL-O Raspberry Jelly Powder using Quick-Set Method using the peach juice to dissolve jelly. Add peaches (sliced or chopped) to jelly. Spoon into 4 dishes. Chill until set, about 10 minutes.
