Step 1
Add boiling water to jelly powder in small bowl; stir 2 min. until completely dissolved. Stir in cold water. Pour into 4 small dessert dishes.
Step 2
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm. Meanwhile, cut 4 triangular pieces out of paper for the sails.
Step 3
Top jelly with peaches just before serving. Insert coloured toothpick through each paper sail for the mast. Insert in peaches to resemble sailboats as shown in photo.
