1/2 cup plus 4 tsp. superfine sugar, divided
2 cups fresh raspberries
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 Tbsp. icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Step 2
Spray 4 (250-mL) shallow ovenproof dishes with cooking spray. Sprinkle each with 1 tsp. superfine sugar. Add berries.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese product, flour, vanilla, 1 egg and remaining superfine sugar until blended. Add remaining eggs; mix well. Gradually beat in milk; pour over berries.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until tops are golden brown and toothpick inserted in centres of topping comes out clean. Cool slightly.
Step 5
Sprinkle with icing sugar.
