2 Tbsp. butter
1-1/2 lb. (675 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Product
1/2 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
1/2 cup whipping cream

Step 1
Melt butter in large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 5 min. or until evenly browned, stirring frequently. Use slotted spoon to transfer chicken to plate, reserving drippings in skillet.
Step 2
Add onions and garlic to reserved drippings; cook 5 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Add dry seasonings; mix well. Cook and stir 1 min. Add cream cheese product, chili sauce and cream; cook 3 to 5 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly.
Step 3
Return chicken to skillet; stir. Bring to boil; simmer, partially covered, on medium-low heat 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done and sauce is thickened, stirring occasionally.
