Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a decadent homemade cheesecake. Flavoured with white chocolate and Irish cream liqueur, this cheesecake gets all dressed up with a green sugar shamrock.

1-1/4 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
3/4 cup granulated sugar
3 oz. Baker's White Chocolate, melted
1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
3 eggs
4-1/2 tsp. green coloured sugar

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Heat oven to 350°F.
Step 2
Mix graham crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
Step 3
Beat cream cheese and granulated sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add chocolate and liqueur; mix well. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each just until blended; pour over crust.
Step 4
Bake 45 to 50 min. or until centre is almost set. Run knife around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool completely before removing rim. Refrigerate 4 hours.
Step 5
Sprinkle with coloured sugar just before serving.
