The beans, avocado, corn and tomatoes go beautifully with any Latin American or Mexican themed meal, but this salad also pairs very well with any grilled meat or fish.

1/4 cup Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 cup rinsed canned black beans
1 cup drained canned corn
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red onions
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 avocado, chopped
2 Tbsp. pumpkin seeds

Mix dressing and lime juice until blended.
Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Add dressing mixture; mix lightly.

Add 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro to the salad ingredients before tossing with the dressing mixture. Top with 1/2 cup broken tortilla chips.
Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables and/or tortilla chips.
