2 pkg. (250 g each) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
1 container (454 g) ricotta cheese
5 eggs, divided
3/4 cup granulated sugar, divided
2 tsp. lemon zest
3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 cup flour
1 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/4 cup milk
1 Tbsp. Magic Baking Powder
1 tsp. icing sugar

Step 1
Heat oven to 325°F.
Step 2
Beat cream cheese, ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, lemon zest and juice with mixer until blended.
Step 3
Whisk remaining eggs, granulated sugar, flour, butter, milk and baking powder in separate bowl until blended. Spread 1/3 of the batter onto bottom of 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; cover with cream cheese mixture, then spoonfuls of the remaining batter.
Step 4
Bake 45 to 55 min. or until centre is set. Sprinkle with icing sugar.
