What do I need ?
2 pkg (85 g) Jell-O Strawberry Jelly Powder
1-1/4 cups boiling water
4 paper cups (5 oz/147.8 mL each)
Flowers: large marshmallows, coloured sprinkles, coloured coconut, candies, toothpicks, plastic straws cut in half.

How do I make it ?
DISSOLVE jelly powder in boiling water, stirring until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Pour into paper cups.
REFRIGERATE until firm, at least 3 hours.
CUT marshmallows into five pieces using scissors to make flower petals. Arrange petals in flower shape, pressing each petal tightly together. Press coloured sprinkles or coconut onto petals and candy for centre.
INSERT toothpick through centre of marshmallow flowers. Place toothpick into straw.
CAREFULLY peel away paper cups from jelly. Place on serving plate and insert flower straw in centre of pot.

Be sure to press marshmallows together when freshly cut and still sticky, so they hold together well.
