2 lb. (900 g) red new potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup Miracle Whip Original Spread
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
8 slices bacon, cooked, crumbled
4 cups loosely packed coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

Step 1
Place potatoes in 2.5-L microwaveable casserole dish. Add water; cover with lid. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 min. or just until potatoes are tender; stir. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Drain potatoes; rinse with cold water. Drain again.
Step 2
Mix Miracle Whip and chives in large bowl until blended.
Step 3
Add potatoes and remaining ingredients; toss to coat.

Prepare salad as directed, except omit the lettuce. Refrigerate up to 24 hours. Toss with lettuce just before serving.
