1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes with garlic and olive oil
1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) diced tomatoes
1 medium each: red and green pepper, chopped
1 medium English cucumber, chopped
1/2 of a medium red onion, chopped
1 pt. (2 cups) blueberries
1 cup cold water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/3 cup Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread

How do I make it ?

Step 1
Puree all ingredients except Miracle Whip in batches in blender or food processor container. Combine in large bowl. Add Miracle Whip; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Cover.
Step 2
Refrigerate at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.
Step 3
Serve the soup cold, topped with a few blueberries, if desired.
