Bok choy is a KRAFT KITCHENS favourite. This recipe uses bok choy, a versatile Chinese vegetable readily available in most grocery stores, in a quick veggie side dish recipe. Stir-fried with Asian dressing, soy sauce, ginger and sesame oil, this simple side takes just 10 minutes to cook!

1 tsp. corn starch
1/4 cup Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp. grated gingerroot
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. canola oil
6 baby bok choy (1-1/4 lb./565 g), cut lengthwise into 3/4-inch-wide strips

Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Step 2
Heat canola oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add bok choy; cook 5 to 6 min. or until leaves are wilted, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is thickened.

Sprinkle with 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seed just before serving.
