Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended.
Step 2
Heat canola oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add bok choy; cook 5 to 6 min. or until leaves are wilted, stirring frequently.
Step 3
Add dressing mixture; cook and stir 1 to 2 min. or until sauce is thickened.
