1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground beef
1/4 cup Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce, divided
1 red onion, cut into 4 slices
4 Kraft Singles Light Cheese Slices
4 whole wheat hamburger buns
1 tomato, cut into 4 slices

Step 1
Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
Step 2
Mix meat and 2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce; shape into 4 patties. Spray both sides of onion slices with cooking spray.
Step 3
Grill patties 4 min. on each side or until done (160ºF), adding onions to the barbecue after 2 min. and cooking until crisp-tender, turning occasionally. Cover burgers with Singles; grill 1 min. or until melted. Top with remaining barbecue sauce.
Step 4
Fill buns with burgers, onions and tomatoes.
