Step 1
Combine ingredients. Shape into 8 balls, using about 1/4 cup for each; flatten slightly.
Step 2
Add 4 tikkis to skillet sprayed with cooking spray; cook 10 min. or until crisp and golden brown on both sides, carefully turning after 5 min.
