1-1/4 cups Italian-seasoned panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Aged Grated Cheese

4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g), each cut into 3 lengthwise strips

1/4 cup light sour cream

1/4 cup Heinz Hot & Spicy Aioli

Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F.
Step 2
Combine flour and dry seasonings in shallow dish. Combine bread crumbs and cheese in second shallow dish. Whisk eggs in third shallow dish until blended.
Step 3
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Dip chicken, 1 strip at a time, in flour mixture, then eggs, then bread crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip with each ingredient. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake 20 min. or until done, turning after 10 min. Meanwhile, mix sour cream and aioli until blended.
Step 5
Serve chicken with sour cream mixture.

Shortcut
Omit the sour cream and aioli. Instead serve the baked chicken tenders with 1/2 cup of your favourite variety of Kraft Barbecue Sauce.
