1/2 cup flour
4 egg whites
1-1/3 cups dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup Cracker Barrel Finely Shredded 100% Parmesan Cheese
1-1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 cup oil
8 veal cutlets (2 lb./900 g), 1/4 inch thick

Prepare Cheesy Baked Gnocchi as directed.
Step 2
Meanwhile, place flour in pie plate. Whisk egg whites in separate pie plate until blended. Combine next 4 ingredients in third pie plate.
Step 3
Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip 1 cutlet in flour, then egg whites, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of cutlet with each. Add to hot oil. Repeat with 3 of the remaining cutlets. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; place on platter. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining cutlets, heating remaining oil in skillet before adding the coated cutlets.
