Heat half the oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Dip 1 cutlet in flour, then egg whites, then crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of cutlet with each. Add to hot oil. Repeat with 3 of the remaining cutlets. Cook 2 to 3 min. on each side or until done. Remove from skillet; place on platter. Cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining cutlets, heating remaining oil in skillet before adding the coated cutlets.
